The reservation becomes effective as soon as the customer has sent a
deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay. The balance plus the tourist
tax are to be paid on arrival.

Cancellation by the customer :
Cancellation before the beginning of the stay: The amount of the deposit paid
remains acquired.
If the client does not show up before 7 pm on the day of the beginning of the
stay, we reserve the right to dispose of the room or the apartment.
The amount of the deposit paid remains acquired. In case of shortened stay,
the price corresponding to the total cost of the accommodation initially
planned remains entirely acquired

The client must be present on the specified day from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm except in cases of force majeure

Use of the premises : the client must respect the peaceful character of
the premises and use them in accordance with their purpose. The client
agrees to return the accommodation in good condition and to report any
damage.

For reasons of hygiene and cleanliness, it is not permitted to eat inside the
guest rooms.

The present regulation is established for a maximum number of two persons per room or apartment, who must be over 16 years old.

 If the number of guests and the age of the latter are not in conformity, we are able to refuse them. No refunds will be made and the full amount of the stay will be due.

For reasons of hygiene and tranquility of guests, no pets are allowed in our rooms. It is also forbidden to smoke in the rooms and the interior common areas.

During the stay, the change of sheets or towels as well as the restocking of
toiletries is offered if needed.

Minimum rental of 3 days, arrival between 3pm and 7pm, departure between

The tenant, as soon as he makes a reservation, commits himself to have
taken knowledge of this regulation and to accept it.
